You may not change the horse's coat except to alter/add/remove shine markings or to change the style of the mane/tail. If something needs to be changed about the horse then please contact me.

You may not change the horse's show name or its prefix but you can change the barn name.

You are allowed to geld stallions.

The horse should be active in the Equus-Sims community even if just in R-Shows.

Please put 'Belmont' somewhere in your application so I know you read the rules.

You may not upload the horse for mass download nor can you use it or its coat as a template.

If you become inactive for a period of four months then I am allowed to reclaim the horse. I will notify you on the third month but I will reclaim without notice if I do not receive a reply within one month barring various circumstances.
